With any, for which videocodecs are set in the system. For example, with the containers of 3GP, ASF, AVI, FLV, Matroska, MPEG-PS, MPEG-TS, MP4, WMV and videocodecs of DIVX, Xvid, H.264, MPEG1, MPEG2, MS Video and etc (more detailed, read a document to your set of codecs).

Вопрос: The files of what audio- and videoformats is it better not to use and why?
We do not recommend to use the container of «*.mov» because for him there are no stable and full functional DirectShow-codecs under OS Windows – there can be problems with sound, colour palettes and etc. It is recommended to pinch videoreel, for example, in an avi-format beforehand. Also we do not recommend to use videoreels duration in a 1 shot - it can cause errors in their repetition.


Вопрос: What operating systems does your software work on?
Bliscom software works on such operating systems: Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista (Business, Enterprise, Ultimate), Windows 7 (Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate) in independence from set Service Packs and architectures (32 or 64-bits). Setting on Home, Home Basic and Home Premium versions of OS Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 is possible, however only for client and server software local work.


Вопрос: Does Video Constructor and Net Eye support alpha-channels?
In Video Constructor TV edition, Net Eye Light and Net Eye Pro the alpha-channels of graphic formats PNG and ICO and also the uncompressed 32-bit video are fully supported. In addition, there is possibility to set the degree of transparency for any video or graphic layer and «blurriness» of image edges (smooth transition of transparency levels from an edge to the center of picture). In Video Constructor Control Room Edition alpha channels are not supported.


Вопрос: What «publication» of presentation? Is she needed for what?
Presentation in Video Constructor TV Edition and Net Eye is a SMIL-file which refers to some outsourcings (video and graphic files, creeping lines and etc). Thus it is sometimes needed to carry presentation from one computer to other. Our software deliver user from a necessity to collect all files by hand. Using a command «File->Publish» it is possible to create a zip-file or ordinary folder, where the proper file of presentation and all outsourcings which he refers to will be stored. As relative ways are used in presentation, it is possible to carry and open such zip-file or folder on other computer. For the guarantee of files integrity at a transmission all sources and file of presentation sign with MD5 hesh-sum.

Sure. Blisсom company is a developer of all software which is presented on a site. In the case of necessity revisions of functional (videoeffects, integration with hardware or software systems, change of interface, support of additional input or output of information units) you always can contact with us and order development of necessary components.


Вопрос: What is hardware-controlled defence key (HASP)? What is he needed for?
All Bliscom software (except Trial versions) is supplied with the hardware-controlled defence keys. These are the special USB-devices, which must be inserted in the USB-nest of computer on which  Bliscom software will be set up. For lack of key during setting up or further work the report «HASP key not found» will be given out and work of the program will be halted. In the case of purchase of a few software licenses the proper amount of defence keys will be given. During setting a few programs on one computer (for example, Video Constructor and Draco Eye) on each of them the separate key is required.


Вопрос: Why at the attempt of connection to a remote computer the program shows message «Access Denied»?
Please certain that on a local and remote computer entrance to the system was made under accounts with the identical user names and passwords. Certain that in local politics of safety point «Shared and security model for local accounts» is set to position «Classic – local users authenticate as themselves» (how to do it, explained in the document of «Shared and security model for local accounts.doc»). Remember, remote work is impossible at Home-versions OS Windows.


Вопрос: Why at the attempt to connect to a remote computer program shows a message «RPC server not available»?
It means absence of possibility to connect to remote computer. Check, whether a remote computer is turned on. Check up the presence of network connection (for example, by the ping command). Check up firewall settings on a local and remote computer (if you are not sure in settings - just for a time turn off a firewall). Check up the rightness remote computer name or IP-address.


Вопрос: Why at the attempt to connect to a remote or local computer program shows message «Class not registered»?
It means that on a remote computer the server side of Bliscom software is not set. Check up the rightness of pointing the remote computer name or IP-address. Install  server component software on a remote computer.


Вопрос: What to do if a videoserver, which Video Constructor is set on, is connected to the videowall, but on a videowall nothing is represented?
Check, whether a videowall and server with set up Bliscom Video Constructor are turned on (with a help of Bliscom Draco Eye or another way). Check, whether entrance to the system is made. Check up a presence and correctness of video adapters drivers, configuration of videowalls/separate modules of videowall, state of connecting cables.


Вопрос: What to do, if Video Constructor or Net Eye renounce to reproduce some file?
Check reports in the event viewer. It can be done choosing in the editor of presentations templates  (client workplace of system operator) a menu item «View/Event viewer...».
The followings error messages are possible:
    *      «It was not possible to decode or reproduce a file: XXX.YYY»
File XXX.YYY not found, either access to him is forbidden either a file does not contain multimedia information or a codec, necessary for his reproducing, is not found.
    *      «Videorender VMR9 is not active!»
A file is found and successfully decoded, however can't be connected to a videorender used in the program.
Too large resolution of input file can be a reason of it. In this case it is necessary to decrease resolution of this file or renew a video card (more powerful video card can support large resolutions).
To appearance of this message can lead also wrong configuration of the set videocodecs. For example, «Ligos MPEG decoder» by default influenced on videorender «Overlay mixer» and does not work with VMR9. After turning off in settings of codec option «Use Overlay Mixer» all problems disappear.


Вопрос: What to do, if a file is reproduced, however it has unsatisfactory quality?
Quality of multimedia file output depends on the great number of parameters. At first, it is necessary to understand that raster files can not expressly look at the considerable change of scale (for example, at large physical videowalls resolutions). The files of small resolution at an increase will look smeared, and a text on the pictures of high resolution at diminishing will be impossible to read.
An important aspect is the also used videocodecs – sometimes at a compression for the sake of speed or winning in size quality is ignored, that creates «artefacts», «noises» and etc. In order to avoid such problems it is necessary to prepare presentation materials in the required quality and necessary resolutions.
Video Constructor and Net Eye give some possibilities on the quality improvement of the represented multimedia information. So, for every layer there is possibility of adjusting the mode of textures filtration (dialog «Layer property», point «Texture filtering mode»), that sometimes can substantially influence on a resulting picture.


Вопрос: What to do, if file reproduces, but with the distorted proportions?
A number of parameters influences on proportions and sizes of image. It is necessary to check up the followings settings:
    *      Video adapters and configuration of videowall chosen for the use (menu «Options -> Layers»)
    *      Layer size (dialog «Layer property»)
    *      Property to «Automatic fit to source» for a layer (dialog «Layer property»). If you are not shure, what means one or another mode, please, read user's guide.


Вопрос: What to do, if image from the device of videocapture (tuner, Web-camera, capture card ) is not represented or represented incorrectly?
Foremost, it is necessary to insure, that a device is set correctly, turned on and correctly adopted. Correct adaptation means drivers installation supplied by a producer (pay attention to their version and target operating system), and also special obvious choosing of supposed video signal standard by an operator is possible.
For adjusting a device it is possible to use program supplied by a producer or Video Constructor and Net Eye AVConfig utility. For every device a list of parameters will be individual, however, it is more frequent than it is necessary to adjust the type of entrance signal, resolution and colour spectrum.
Check, whether videosignal is given presently on the capture card. It is very important to understand that in most cases a device of capture is locked. That means that if image is used in one application, it can't be used in other application . It can make errors in picture forming in Video Constructor\Net Eye, if a device is already busy by other application. Even after closing of application, which used the capture device, may need some time (about a few seconds), till this device will be able to be connected again.


Вопрос: What to do, if video looks unclear, represents slowly (twitches)?
Check up filtration adjusting for a region in which video is represented. If necessary to promote speed of work it is possible to change the mode of filtration to «linear» or «simple». If vice versa it is needed to promote quality of picture, apply the «anisotropic» or «gaussian» mode of filtration. If a videofile is reproduced – convince, please, that he is on a same videoserver from which forms an picture in Video Constructor\Net Eye. Check, whether all necessary codecs are set. Decrease the size of video reproducing region.


Вопрос: Simultaneous reproducing of two different sound streams does not work, what to do?
Some sound cards in the mode of hardware acceleration of sound do not allow the simultaneous reproducing of a few audiostreams. In case of OS Windows Vista usage, start Bliscom program Avconfig and change a sound device for the chosen layer (there are the same sound cards with programmatic emulation of sound output in a list). If operating system Windows Xp is set, thenl start the program «DxDiag» and turn off the hardware sound acceleration on the properties tab of sound card (by transferring of the proper indicator to extreme left position).
